I spent my Sunday hanging out with the comic artists: comics, movies, american idol, and geekiness and full of geekiness and some Johnny Balbona’s healing factor. lol. And yesterday was Gerry’s birthday: food, food, food and ampalaya salad. His folks are cool. I call them: Cool mom and cool dad.
Nil’s fast driving made my heart skip a beat. Well, let’s just say for fast drivers, petting on loooong stretches is not really a bad thing. As long as, you are not drunk, and you’re flying down the highway and not on the small streets. lol. Probably, my mother would be very nervous if she was the passenger. But cool ride and cool car.
Again, happy birthday, Gerry. (I actually don’t know how to address him: Kuya Gerry? Sir Gerry? Mr. Gerry? or Elmer? hehehe)

Almost two weeks ago my TBE mate, Sam, posted a blog entry on her site entitled, Have Yourself a Global Warming Christmas — funny title, huh. — saying that she’s sending out Christmas cards and just comment on the entry if you would like to receive one. I replied quick because I wanted to get one for this year because it’s sad, the last time I received a Christmassy card was in 2005. lol. I did not know that Sam was going to draw Dr. House for the design of this postcard. She said in the letter, she wasn’t really into Hanson — my favorite band, btw. — so she picked Dr. House because she loves him too. I thought she was going to give me a frog design, which was the sample drawing that I saw in her entry. hehehe. |
| I was surprised because I thought I was going to receive the card sometime in January — you know, it’s Christmas season and we expect lots of letters will be piled up at the post office — I could say that the postal service was really got affected because of the technology: E-mail, Online messengers, cellphones. Anyway, thank you so much, Sam, from the bottom of my heart and long live Spurious Ink! |

I, finally, decided to put a MyBlogLog widget on my sidebar. Heh. I did not want to use it — I signed up in January — because it could kill my chaka dial-up connection but since I love tracking visitors and even stalking them, I already put it and joined the trend.
Saw my friends a couple of days ago and I almost had a sore throat because I was talking non-stop. I ate a lot too, heh, and my legs hurt after walking from Star Asian Bldg. to Insular Bldg. to Ayala Village to Festival Mall.
Speaking of Ayala Alabang Village, that place is super strict.
