Stapegi Weekend

My weekend was great! My sister made some spaghetti. One of my cousins went to the house and thought of having an eating festival. I ate a lot. Spaghetti, popcorn, pineapple juice, buko juice aka coconut juice, chips aka junkfood and we saw an old movie entitled, Se7en, starred by Brad Pitt and my favorite actor, Morgan Freeman.
I think I am suffering with mild carpal tunnel syndrome. Just kidding! I have been playing my sister’s PSP (Playstation portable) and my fingers including the arm or my hand i think is hurting. lolzzzzzz.
Speaking of Bradd Pitt, congrats to him and to his wife, Angelina Jolie. Welcome to the world, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline! Twins!! Sweeeet!

I have always believed in healthy choices especially the food you intake, and I have always considered eating nutritional food like vegetables and fruits can protect you from sickness and other major diseases. For me, eating too much of processed food and those with unnatural food coloring is just so unhealthy and alarming.

The pleasure of eating candies


If you do not have a significant other on Valentine’s Day, will you buy your own candy?Of course, why not? And I bet the only candy you will buy is those candies from Oh! Nuts. Btw, just a little reminder, avoid eating lots of candies, like eating every hour or everyday. One of the reasons many can’t lose weight because they can’t control the craving. I’m not saying that you have to give it up, but just in moderation.
Your hunger for sweets indicates that you actually need more protein in your diet. Try to include in your diet foods rich with protein in the morning or mid afternoon, and that should help you to not crave the sweets.
