Do you want to start going to the gym and get rid of some pounds and with any luck build some muscle?

I am not a fitness buff or whatsoever but if you are going back to the gym and looking for a best workout regime and you are currently trying to drop possibly 10 to 20 lbs but you would like to put back that with muscle, I do know a best way to do it.
