Say no to smelly feet

You love playing tennis because it is fun and yet very physical. It is more fun if you play it with your friends and your awesome parents. You get so focused on the game that you do not even become conscious that you are burning a ton of calories already.

However, aside from getting hit in your head with the tennis ball, it is also no fun if you experience walking through some snow or worst flood and your ever favorite tennis shoes – or your running shoes or sneakers got wet. The shoes do not only smell terrible but also your feet get sweaty and awfully itchy whenever you wear them. You strongly do not think it is athlete’s foot because your feet do not itch at all when you wear your other shoes.

Do not fret. Most athletic shoes nowadays can be washed in the washing machine. Throw in a couple of bath towels to balance the load, put warm water and use gentle cycle. Then put about a cup of white vinegar in the rinse water. Run the rinse cycle again. Let them air dry using a hairdryer or throw them in your clothes dryer.

You may also wash them in a 10% bleach solution or you may spray them with an anti-fungal spray. Undoubtedly, no fungus or bacteria can survive that.

If all else fails, it is better to say goodbye to your rotten tennis shoes than having decayed feet because I found a tennis store, which sells a large collection of mens tennis shoes. You may also check out their other stuff like their huge collection of rackets like babolat rackets.

Or maybe there is really a problem with your feet? Feet still itchy and stinky even you wash them several times a day. That’s awful. Don’t wear shoes that are too tight. Tight shoes means more sweat and more reek.
