That option was not there the last time I checked it. oha! oha!
Philippines PayPal Verified Users who have bank accounts are now saying goodbye to PayPal’s 5 USD fee — you pay this fee when you withdraw funds to your card — because we can now withdraw funds from PayPal account to Banks in the Philippines. I wonder if all banks are now participating. But it’s good news.
