Richard Gutierrez has a new project on GMA 7 — local TV channel here in the Philippines — entitled Kamandag. I saw some of the behind scenes this afternoon and made me want to watch the first episode on Monday. I want to see the continuity of their nice costumes and convincing makeups.
Based on the popular Carlo J. Caparas story from the early 80’s, Kamandag is a tale of a half-human, half-snake creature who is forced to live in the mortal world because of the conflict he brings in his birthplace. With his snake-like powers, he becomes a sort of hero in his town and the people begin calling him Kamandag. link
But there’s a little tweak. In the original story, the lead character supposed to be bad and kills but here in this telefantasya, he is a good person and helps people. We will find that out if that’s true.
I also want to see one of Richard’s leading ladies, Maxene Magalona. Where could you see a flawless-skin girl doing bakal and diyaryo thing?

that song is entitled nandito lang ako sung by the boyband voyz avenue, and is composed by ex-pda dreamer and composer of Ronnie Liang’s Salamat Sa Iyo Ina, Nei Mallari.

I think u can download the file at imeem. But b4 u can download the song, u have to hve itunes or u can buy the song at amazon.com..hehe…
