How are you, people? It’s very disappointing that until now I could not find the good camera angle for my new hairstyle. It sucks, yah know?
Boyfriend found a new friend who would spend almost 20 thousand for original comic book pages. I did not know those dusty pages hangin’ around his house could cost, roughly, 6k a piece. I’ve learned that the price depends on the popularity of the character, number of panels, etc. I was just amazed about this discovery, people. Really amazed. lol. And did you know that boyfriend call them babies? Those pages are his babies and he even does not call me baby. (I’m not jealous yet… not… not… yet. lol.) baby sample.
Alright. So I think, I will be suspending posting photos for awhile. :icon_hug:

hahaha, uhm.. yes comic books are expensive. they might not look as much expensive as other fancy, shiny other things around, but they can go as much as 20 K/per copy. Amazing no?

Yes comics are expensive, especially if they are old comics. My boyfriend collects comics and he has spent a good amount of cash for them. He has sold a couple of them on ebay.

I would have to laugh at my boyfriend if he seriously was /that/ attached to his magazines and make fun of him a weeeee bit, but thats just me x)
thats a nice amount of cash though.. so its worth it, haha.

Wow, amazing ‘babies’. I used to collect some comic books back then. I understand your friend, if I had cash to spend (w/c luckily I didn’t) I wouldn’t hesitate to buy original pieces either.

I do that all the time! I look in the mirror and see the “perfect” camera angle–but when I shoot it–it comes out real suckkkyyyy! Oh, well.

I can’t believe someone would spend that much money on a comic strip. I wouldn’t even spend that much money for the first issue of Batman, never mind a page of it.
