Two days of not feeling well. I had a diarrhea attack. I can’t take it anymore so yesterday I asked Hunny to buy me diatabs or any medicine that will stop my stomach ache and will stop my pooping. lol.

So today, I think I am feeling well and I am ready to check into the Sahara hotel. HAH. Yesterday’s booboo was I drunk milk. I checked the Internet today for diarrhea treatment and I read that taking milk will make diarrhea worse. Uh-ohs.

I just continue drinking lots of water.

At the outdoor dining sets, I was playing the guitar yesterday afternoon using the 1001 songs chord book and saw this song of a British band called, Kula Shaker, entitled, Govinda. Wow! It reminds me of yesteryears! I quickly searched the video on Youtube and played it.

The song Govinda was released in 1996. A year before Hanson came out and I remember during those days, I was always in front of TV watching MTV. Who doesn’t remember hairy VJ Mike Kasem? lol.

Am I getting old? I am having fun searching on ’90s stuff.

is to tone down my stomach more. I am not really attempting to try to lose lots of weight but i just need a good diet and exercise routine just to get some sexy and hot abs. I can see a progression with Hip Hop abs DVD though but you know it took me one year just to get the little abs I have right now. KK?
